In today’s Knoxville News Sentinel, Knoxville received positive recognition from Business Facilities, a magazine that serves as a resource for national and international corporate real estate site selections. The city scored highly on two of the metropolitan rankings issued by the magazine, ranking 10th in economic-growth potential among cities with employment of less than 450,000and eighth on the magazine’s list of the nation’s fastest-growing cities.

In the past several years, Knoxville also been listed in metropolitan rankings such as the Best Cities for Green Job Growth, Best Cities for Jobs as well as Most Romantic Cities.

Knoxville not only serves as headquarters for Scripps Networks Interactive, but other powerhouse businesses as well such as Pilot Flying J, Bush’s Baked Beans, Regal Entertainment and Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).
